Our Teens program helps students build real self-defense skills, confidence, and discipline in a class built specifically around their age and stage — bridging the gap between our kids and adult curriculum.
Our adult classes are based on the highly effective self-defense arts of Krav Maga and Kickboxing. You'll enjoy a great total body workout while building confidence, learning to defend yourself, and having fun with friends.
